Frequently asked questions
1. Are there any fees or costs associated with becoming an affiliate?
There is no sign up fee or cost associated with becoming a CryptoGran affiliate. Our only stipulation is that you must be a graduate of the 'The CryptoGran Academy'.
2. How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies last for 90 days. This means that you get credit for any referred customer who returns to our site within 90 days, even if they do so directly.
3. Is there an agreement that I need to accept before becoming an affiliate?
In order to become an affiliate you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions of our Affiliate Program. You can view the terms here
4. Since CryptoGran's mother company is registered for VAT, can I claim the VAT back through my business?
As an affiliate, we need to establish whether your commission should include VAT. All VAT registered businesses you are solely responsible for the payment of
tax on any income you may generate through your involvement in the Program and we will require that you submit a VAT invoice after your monthly statement is issued.
5. When will I get my payment?
All affiliate payments are made on the last working day of the month for any referrals/payments received in the previous calendar month. However, for VAT registered businesses, we will send a statement in order for you to create a VAT invoice that includes the VAT and totals the commission amount we give you.
6. Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No - The more you refer the more you earn! Many affiliates will use this as a way to fund their investment portfolio.
7. How will you pay me?
All payments are made by bank transfer to the account you gave at the time of signup.
